Vitamin A, D3 & K2 Capsules by Flourish Pharmacy and Nutrition is a fat-soluble vitamin formula. Each capsule pairs vitamin A, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2 to support bone structure, bone density, calcium use, and normal cardiovascular function.
These three nutrients work as a team. Vitamin D3 helps your body take in calcium, and vitamin K2 in its MK-7 form helps put that calcium to work in bone. Vitamin A rounds out the formula by supporting the normal cycle of bone renewal.
Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate), 1,500 mcg: A fat-soluble vitamin your skeleton relies on from childhood through adulthood. It supports normal bone growth and the steady turnover that keeps bone tissue renewed.
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), 5,000 IU: The form of vitamin D your skin makes from sunlight. It supports calcium absorption and helps keep calcium and phosphate at the levels bone needs to mineralize normally.
Vitamin K2 (as MK-7), 500 mcg: Also called menaquinone-7. K2 activates proteins that bind calcium into bone, and it supports healthy, flexible blood vessels.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), and vegetarian leucine.
It includes both, plus vitamin A. You may see this combination written as Vitamin A D3 K2, A D3 K2, Vitamin D3 K2 with A, or Vitamin D3 and K2 with Vitamin A. All describe the same three-nutrient pairing.

Vitamin K comes in more than one form. K1 works mainly in the liver, while K2 does most of its work in bone and blood vessels. That is why this formula uses K2.
Vitamin D3 helps you absorb calcium. Vitamin K2 helps direct that calcium into bone. Vitamin A supports the normal renewal of bone tissue, so the three cover different steps of the same job.
