Full-Spectrum Ionic Trace Mineral Drops

ConcenTrace® Trace Mineral Drops deliver a full spectrum of naturally occurring ionic trace minerals — more than 70 of them, including magnesium, chloride, potassium and zinc — harvested from the waters of Utah's Great Salt Lake and concentrated by natural solar evaporation. Because the minerals are already in ionic form, a full daily serving fits into half a teaspoon of liquid rather than a tablet.
Trace Minerals Research suggests starting at 5–10 drops a day and working up to a full serving of 40 drops (½ teaspoon) daily, spread across the day rather than taken all at once. Add the drops to water, a smoothie or another beverage. If you are adding them to something hot, add them after heating.
How many drops are in a serving?
A full serving is 40 drops, or about half a teaspoon. Most people build up to it over a week or two rather than starting there.
Why does it taste so strong?
ConcenTrace is essentially very concentrated seawater, so undiluted it tastes sharply of salt and magnesium. Mixing it into a full glass of water, or into juice or a smoothie, covers it comfortably.
Is ConcenTrace the same thing as trace mineral drops?
ConcenTrace® is Trace Minerals Research's ionic trace mineral concentrate, and the two names are usually used interchangeably. You may also see it written as trace minerals drops or ConcenTrace mineral drops — same product.
Drops, tablets or capsules — what is the difference?
The mineral profile is the same. The drops let you adjust the serving to your own tolerance and add them to whatever you are already drinking; the tablets are simpler to travel with.
Can I take it alongside a magnesium supplement?
Usually, but the amounts add up. Our pharmacists are happy to look at what you are already taking — call 405-751-3333.
