DIM-Evail™ provides 100 mg per soft gel of diindolylmethane (DIM), a compound that helps support healthy estrogen metabolism.* Due to its crystalline structure, absorption of DIM is minimal when given orally. For this reason, DIM-Evail™ has been manufactured utilizing the Designs for Health Evail™ process for enhanced nutrient absorption and bioavailability. This process utilizes a proprietary blend of medium-chain triglyceride (MCT), quillaja extract, and tocotrienols, without potentially harmful surfactants. Research indicates that a low level of 2-hydroxyestrone and a high level of 16 alpha-hydroxyestrone are not desired.
